The room was immaculate and spacious. I found the bed very comfortable. The continental breakfast provided many choices. Duncan was cute and always ready to assist!!!
I noticed a very small stain on one of the towels.

The room lacked basic toiletries in the bathroom, inconvenient. i also found the ceiling in my room quite low. I bumped my head several times. bending over to enter the top floor became tiresome after a while..

duncan was a really conscientious and lovely host, he gave us a great recommendation for dinner at chaplins smokehouse. we had a great freshly cooked breakfast, just a short walk to the o2. facilities are lovely and really clean, i would certainly return.
